Guidelines:

  1. The Membership Point System is intended to reward chapter members for activities that support the goals of the Suncoast Chapter.
  2. Members are responsible for maintaining an annual record of activities that meet point values.
  3. Points are accumulated annually beginning May 1 and ending April 30th.
  4. Point sheets are to be submitted to the President no later than May 15th.
  5. Qualifying activities must be completed during the year (5/1-4/30) for which points are applied. No carry over from previous year/s.
  6. The leadership group will determine annually the amount available for distribution. A formula that takes into account points and resources will be developed so that all members participating in the point system receive rewards.
  7. The leadership group may request documentation supporting point claims.
